The incident took place during a standard filming session when the actress stumbled and fell, leading to a broken wrist and injuries to her face.
As per reports from Indian media, Singh was promptly taken to a hospital in Vile Parle, where medical professionals conducted surgery to address her injury by placing a wire around her wrist for stabilization.
News got viral via YouTube channel, in which Archana revealed the extent of the injury and the surgery she underwent.
