Court declares Imran Khan guilty in May 9 cases, bails dismissed

Lahore: ATC court declares guilty Imran Khan in 9 May cases and decided to dismissed the bails.

Anti-Terrorism Court Lahore has issued a written decision to reject the bails of founder PTI Imran Khan in 8 cases on May 9. ATC Judge Manzar Ali Gul issued a 6-page written judgment.

In the written judgment of the court, it has been stated that the statements of the witnesses of the conspiracy hatched in Zaman Park are also on record. The prosecution has audio and visual evidence of PTI founder’s inciting instructions.

According to the verdict, the PTI founder is accused of hatching a conspiracy regarding his possible arrest. According to the allegation, the conspiracy was hatched so that other leaders would jam the state machinery in case of arrest. The lawyer of founder PTI argued that the founder PTI was under arrest at the time of the incident. It is the prosecution case that the PTI founder hatched a conspiracy before the arrest.

The decision of the Anti-Terrorism Court further stated that there is no weight in the argument of the PTI founder that the PTI founder was under arrest at the time of the incident.
