Islamabad: An accountability court of Islamabad has given the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) two weeks time to file a supplementary reference against Saleem Mandviwala, deputy chairman senate in the Kidney hills allotment case.
The AC Judge Muhammad Bashir heard the NAB reference of Kidney hills plot allotment against deputy chairman Senate Saleem Mandviwala in the fake account case.
From behalf of accused advocate Qasim Abbassi submitted power of attorney while the NAB’s investigative officer Mudasir Bhatthi appeared before the court.
On the court asking, the lawyer informed that on of accused Aijaz Haroon in the case has taken bail from the high court.
Judge Muhammad Bashir asked the NAB is it a complete reference or any other supplementary reference has to be filed? to which the NAB prosecutor said that it is a central reference when there is a need appears then supplementary reference will be filed.
The court directing the NAB to file supplementary reference until the next hearing and adjourned the hearing till February 18.
Saleem Mandviwala Talks To Media
Saleem Mandviwala, deputy chairman senate, after hearing talking to media said that on the wishes of two parties a private transaction happened and no body has any complain of it.
He said that such references will affect business activities in the country adding that the NAB didn’t file the reference for two years now they are in hurry.
