Islamabad (October 02, 2017): The Accountability Court on Monday issued non-bailable arrest warrants of Nawaz Sharif’s children- Hassan Nawaz, Hussain Nawaz , Maryam Nawaz and son-in-law Capt (redt) Muhammad Safder.
The accountability court on Monday heard the NAB references against Nawaz Sharif and his children.

Despite issuance of bailable arrest warrant on last hearing, Nawaz Sharif’s children did not appear before the court as they are currently in London.
Khuwaja Harris apprised the court that Nawaz Sharif’s children were in London to take care of their mother who is undergoing cancer torment there.
He said that they would appear in the court in next date of hearing.
During Tuesday’s hearing, the PML-N lawyer argued that all of the accused in the case had to appear in court before an indictment take place.
NAB prosecutor informed the court that the non-bailable warrants were served on the accused in their residence.
After that the court issued non-bailable arrest warrants of the accused. The court said that if the accused did not appear before the court in next date of hearing, then Nawaz Sharif case would be separated from them.
Then the court adjourned further hearing till next Monday.
