Karachi: Judicial magistrate East on Thursday, today, reserved verdict on bail petition of journalist Farhan Malick.
The reserved judgement will be pronounced tomorrow, Friday.
The court has summoned the director of the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) in personal capacity.
The lower court issued show-cause notice to the Investigation Officer (IO) of the case after expressing anger over arrest of the accused in another case without the permission of the court.
The court questioned that on whose orders the accused was arrested after being in the jail custody.
The IO replied that he had gotten a phone call from the office owing the which the court order was neglected.
The court also summoned respective officers who violated the court orders.
The hearing adjourned till Friday, tomorrow.
