Dealers’ margin on petrol, diesel boosted by Rs 1.34

ISLAMABAD: The dealer margin for petrol and diesel has been raised by Rs 1.34.

Effective from August 22 at midnight, the new dealer margin will be Rs 9.98, up from the previous Rs 8.64.  

This increase follows a recent decision by the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA), which announced a revision in fuel prices on Thursday.  

The price of petrol has been increased by 27 paisas per litre, bringing the new retail price to Rs 337.78 per litre.  

Similarly, the price of high-speed diesel has been raised by Rs 1.64 per litre, now costing Rs 364.70 per litre.
