KARACHI: A spokesman of Liaquat National Hospital (LNH), where MQM-P chief Dr Farooq Sattar is being treated for injuries he received in a road accident last night, said that Dr Sattar’s condition was stable and his CAT Scan and blood tested were positive.
LNH Spokesman Anjum Rizvi said that Faroq Sattar condition was satisfactory and he was talking to everyone visiting him at the hospital. He said that all his tests of Dr Sattar and CAT Scan were positive so he was shifted to Ward.
He said that Dr Sattar needed to take rest and sleep so he was given sleeping pills.
It is to be mentioned here that MQM-P chief Dr Farooq Sattar was injured in a traffic accident on Karachi-Hyderabad highway near Nooriabad area on late Sunday night.
Sattar was on the way to Karachi from Hyderabad after attending political meetings there, when his speeding vehicle reportedly hit a barrier erected on Karachi-Hyderabad highway to mark the under-construction area and overturned.
