Karachi (November 5, 2017): Chief Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan Farooq Sattar on Sunday rejected the results of the census carried out earlier this year, describing them as fake.
While addressing party rally against provisional census results at Liaquatabad, Farooq Sattar said that population of Karachi has been halved in the provisional census. Injustice with Karachi was tantamount to meting out injustice to Pakistan.
He claimed that around 50% city’s population has not been counted in the census process and that’s why we reject these rigged census.
Farooq Sattar demand that the census process should be conducted again and said MQM-P want to be treated justly.
He said that MQM-P should be given political freedom because we are the only party which understands the problems of the people.
He announced that party will hold another public rally in Karachi at Mazar-e-Quaid.
