ISLAMABAD: A local court on Wednesday extended the interim bail granted to Additional Session Judge Raja Khurram Ali Khan and his wife Maheen Zafar till February 10 in Tayyaba torture case.
Additional Session Judge Raja Asif heard the child maid Tayyaba torture case here. The accused Raja Khurram Ali Khan and his wife Maheev Zafar appeared before the court.
During the hearing the court directed the prosecution to present the challan of the case. Upon this, Investigation Officer told the court that the challan would be presented soon in the trial court.
The court directed the concerned authorities to produce Tayyaba and her parents in next date of hearing. The court while extending the interim bail to the accused adjourned hearing of the case till February 10.
