Mansehra(June 02, 2018): A 14 years old boy was strangulated to death in Phalra, Mansehra after gang rape.
According to the details, body of 14-year-old boy was found from the garbage dump.
The police of the area have arrested 4 accused namely, Muhammad Aijaz, Waqas Tanoli, Saqib and Sudhir and started the investigation into the matter after lodging case of the incident.
