Indian Atrocities Can’t Suppress Kashmiris Struggle: COAS  

Rawalpindi (April 02, 2018): The Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa said that the Indian cruelties could not be supressed  the freedom movement of Kashmir.

“The Indian atrocities on the people of Indian held Kashmir are condemnable, however their voice can’t be stopped by using guns,” the statement issued by the military media wing ISPR said quoting as COAS.

He further said that the Indian forces shelling on innocent citizens at control line was a dreadful act and against the ceasefire agreement.

Earlier today, the Chief of Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa approved the death sentences of 10 terrorists involved in heinous acts of terrorism.

The terrorists who belonged to a banned terrorist outfit were involved in heinous crimes, including an attack on Pearl Continental Hotel in Peshawar and attacks on armed forces and law enforcement agencies, the ISPR said.

The convicted terrorists were responsible for killing 62, including five citizens, 11 police officials and 46 Frontier Constabulary/armed forces personnel, the military’s media wing added. ISPR said the convicts were tried by special military courts.
