KARACHI: Chairman Pak-Sar Zameen Party (PSP) Mustafa Kamal on Sunday has termed the Karachi package of Prime Minister a fraudulent tactic to mislead people.
Addressing to a press conference he said that we have high hopes with the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf led federal government that it will revamp the local government system of the province but the yesterday’s visit has shocked us.
Mustafa Kamal said, “We do not have any doubts on PM’s will but a master plan for Karachi has already existed, he should tell us what’s new in this one.”
“PM re-inaugurated a park that was built in 2005 during my tenure,” he added.
“Do not take this as criticism, we are open to talking with anyone,” he further added.
PSP chief also criticized the Sindh Government for their discriminatory behaviour with the residents of Karachi and said that Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) led provincial government has distributed all the jobs to their own people.
He also lambasted the Muttahida Qaumi Movement by saying that a party that won 11 elections and is involved in murdering more than 20,000 people claim that they do not have any powers.
Kamal concluded the talks by saying that we will revisit our stance regarding the 18th amendment if the authority will not be transferred to the local bodies’ administrative setup.
