LBEs Are Being Held In AJK After 31 Years As Voting Continued

Muzaffarabad: Local Bodies Elections (LBEs) are being held in Azad Jammu and Kashmir after a span of 31 years today.

The voting started at 9 am morning and will continue till 5 pm in evening.

In the first phase the political parties and independent candidates are clashing in three divisions of capital Muzaffarabad which include Muzaffarabad, Neelum Valey and Jehlum Valey.

As many as 458 candidates are contesting the elections for the district councilor.

The elections will also be happened on the seats of union council (UC), Town Committee (TC), Municipal Committee (MC) and Municipal Corporations (MC).
