Nawaz Sharif To Leave for London Today

Lahore (October 05, 2017): Former Prime Minister and Leader Pakistan Muslim League N, Nawaz Sharif will leave for UK from Lahore today. 

As per details, the former Prime Minister will leave for UK, where his wife Begum Kulsoom Nawaz is undergoing treatment for cancer.

He will go to UK in PIA flight PK-575 from Allama Iqbal International Airport. Nawaz’s domestic servant Muhammad Hanif will also accompany him to London.Earlier on Wednesday evening, Nawaz Sharif attended the youth workers convention in Lahore.

Talking to workers directly, Nawaz Sharif extended the congratulation to the workers for PML-N victory in NA-120 by-poll, in which PML-N candidate Kalsoom Nawaz defeated rival PTI’s candidate Yasmeen Rashid over lead of 14000 votes, and said that it was not the only victory of a constituency but it was real verdict of the people against the court verdict.

“You had proved your real love that won my heart, ” he said. “Your today’s spirit is real power, you must retain it in future and if your keep the same spirit than sanctity of your vote never be damaged,” former prime minister took the oath from youths.

Nawaz Sharif claimed that the load shedding has verged on end and the industries, factories and residential areas equally getting electricity.

He went on saying that Pakistan was heading towards rapid development but the was ousted and stopped the development wheel.

“Do you understand why was I ousted , anyone can tell me,” he asked from people and replied himself, “No one realize why was I ousted, even legal experts could understand the verdict of the court.”

Congratulating his party’s supporters on the NA-120 win, newly re-elected PML-N President Nawaz Sharif on Wednesday said that the party’s victory was a “golden page in history.”

“You have not won just one constituency’s election but were witnesses in the court of truth,” the former prime minister said as he addressed his party’s Youth Convention in Lahore.

“You have proven that this [victory] is the real verdict and not the verdict that came before,” Nawaz said referring to the Supreme Court’s judgement in the Panama Papers case that ousted him.

“The conditions under which the election was contested… I want to congratulate you from my heart,” Nawaz added.

Nawaz, hopeful that his party would win the 2018 election, added that the PML-N government will be “invincible”.The former premier then recounted his government’s accomplishments since the beginning of his tenure in 2013.

“Nawaz Sharif promised you that he will end loadshedding, and we have done it. Loadshedding today is on the verge of ending.” “Has any government before kept its promises?” Nawaz asked the gathering of supporters.

“Pakistan was moving forward and the sword of disqualification was thrown our way,” Nawaz said. “Do you know why it was thrown our way?” He dismissed the allegation that he had accepted a salary from his son. The Supreme Court had disqualified Nawaz in July for not having declared an iqama and a salary that he had received from Hussain Nawaz’s Dubai-based company.
