Ahmadpur Sharqia (June 30, 2017): The death toll of oil tanker fire incident in Ahmadpur Sharqia has risen to 188 after eight more people succumbed to their injuries at Nishtar Hospital Multan and Jinnah Hospital Lahore since last evening.
The funeral prayer of the latest eight victims of oil tanker inferno was offered in Multan.
It may be mentioned here that dozens of burn victims are under treatment at various hospitals.

Four more injured of Ahmedpur Sharqia oil tanker explosion succumbed to their injuries yesterday pushing up the overall death toll to 176. As per details, two more injured of the explosion under treatment at Nishtar Hospital Multan succumbed to their injuries on Thursday. The deceased were identified 23-year-old Muhammad Shehzad, and 25-year-old Zahid. According to Nishter Hospital’s management, some 35 injured were still under treatment at the facility.
Two more injured of the explosion succumbed to their injured at Jinnah Hospital Lahore yesterday. The deceased were identified as Rasheed and Babu Raam. According to MS Jinnah hospital, both the deceased were 80 percent burnt.
