LAHORE: Samsam Bukhari, provincial information minister of Punjab on Tuesday said that opposition gathering was an attempt to safeguard their corruption instead of democracy.
As per details, talking to media during an opening ceremony of a calligraphic workshop he said that the government’s performance should be reviewed before the next elections.
Criticizing opposition parties he said that the motive behind their gathering seems to be very clear as they gathered to protect their corruption instead of democracy.
He said that going to the International Monetary Fund (IMF) was not a deliberate decision we were forced to go to the monetary watchdog as stabilizing dollar prices is necessary for enhancing the country’s trade.
Samsam Bukhari also urged the fellow countrymen to focus on buying local products rather than purchasing foreign goods.
