Who will be the next prime minister and PML-N President. In existing circumstance, it is the million dollar question, which has gripped the party leadership as they have several options but Nawaz Sharif family seems out from both the posts.
Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz’s leader disqualified by the country’s Supreme Court after the Panama Leaks corruption probe. Moments after the verdict, Nawaz Sharif announced that he’s stepping down from the seat of the prime minister. Later election commission de-notify Nawaz Sharif, it means Nawaz Sharif even can’t lead the party as per the political act.
The Supreme Court also disqualified Maryam Nawaz, Hassan and Hussain Nawaz as well. Currently, the names of Khuwaja Asif, Ishaq Dar, Shahid Khaqan Abbasi and Ahsan Iqbal are under consideration but after SC decision over Aqama, only Shahid Khaqan Abbasi left the strongest candidate.
Some people says that Shahbaz Sharif will be the next choice of the Nawaz Sharif but he must be elected for National Assembly seat first.
