Karachi (October 19, 2017): Rangers killed a notorious gangster in an encounter in Memom Goth Malir here.
According to a Rangers spokesman, an encounter took place between Rangers personnel and gangsters in Malir’s Memon Goth Area, wherein a notorious gangster of Lyari Gang war was killed.

The paramilitary force spokesman said that the slain gangster was identified as Ghafoor Choto, commander of Lyari Gang War in Malir.
He said that the accused was a close aide of Lyari gangsters Noor Muhammad alia Baba Ladla and Rehman Dacoit.
He further said that the accused was wanted in 20 incidents of heinous crime in nature. The spokesman said that the accused was wanted in 2006 murder of three foreigners in Hub area of Balochistan.
He added that the accused was involved in attack on police, extortions, drug peddling, kidnapping for ransoms and other cases.
Rangers recovered one SMG, one 9-MM pistol, hand grenades and 10 rounds from the accused.
The Rangers spokesman said that the fate of Ghafoor Choto should serve as a caution for all those youths who have joined crime syndicate or groups by getting inspired by people like Ghafoor.
The spokesman pledged that the force would continue its action against such elements.
