Supreme Court has restored death penality of Pakistan Muslim League (PML-N) Abid Raza while sending the matter to Lahore High Court (LHC).He killed four people in Gujrat in 1998, thus Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) sentenced him to death.
In chairmanship of Chief Justice Anwar Zaheer Jamali, five larger bench heard terrorism case related to death penality,court has restored cases of terrorism against Abid Raza during the trial.
The court has ordered that accused would be released on bail till LHC would not give decision over cases against Abid Raza.It is to mention here that Abid Raza killed four people in Gujrat in 1998, thus Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) sentenced him to death.
Later, LHC acquitted the accused on the basis of agreement, the Supreme Court took suo moto notice over the decision of acquittal and sent the matter to LHC while restoring the case.
