KARACHI: Following the arrest of senior PPP leader Khursheed Shah by National Accountability Bureau (NAB), the Sindh transport minister Syed Ovais Qadir Shah approached Sindh High Court and gets bail before arrest till October 16.
NAB has initiated probe in assets beyond income allegations against the provincial transport minister Syed Ovais Qadir Shah, however, meantime Syed Ovais Qadir Shah has submitted bail before arrest in SHC aimed fear of arrest.
“NAB Sukkur is an investigation against Khursheed Shah and it has also started investigation against my family and wrote second letter to chief commissioner RTV Sukkur,” minister said.
Hearing transport minister Syed Ovais Qadir Shah’s plea, the court has granted him bail before arrest till October 16 and ordered him to cooperate with NAB.
