LAHORE: Chief Minister of Punjab Sardar Usman Buzdar has said that ‘Naya Pakistan’ belongs to the working class especially the labours across the country where they will receive all of their rights.
In his message on occasion of World Labour Day, The Chief Minister recalled the historic efforts of labours of Chicago.
“In 1886, the workers of Chicago gave sacrifices to get their rights. We observe this day to remember the martyrs of Chicago who stood against oppression and atrocity”, Punjab CM said.
He added that Islam preaches hard work and orders to pay the labour before his sweat dries.
“Skilled individuals are the backbone of a country’s industrial and economic sector. The government is taking essential steps for well being of workers”, Sardar Usman added.
