Zulfi Bukhari Stresses Need To Set up Vocational Training Institutions For Youth

ISLAMABAD: Special Assistant to the Prime Minister for overseas Pakistanis Zulfi Bukhari on Thursday has said that many countries are earning 10 percent of their GDP from the tourism industry.

A ceremony was held at the President House Islamabad to promote employment under the banner of National Logistics Cell (NLC).

Addressing the ceremony, Zulfi Bukhari has said that unemployment is a social issue that leads to an increased sense of deprivation among the country’s youth.

“We have to build technical and vocational training centers so that the skilled young people can avail the employment opportunities,” said Bukhari.

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) leader Andaleeb Abbas also stressed on the need for vocational training for the youth.

“Vocational training helped to create several working opportunities in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK),” said Andaleeb.

DG NLC Major General Islamabad also praised the talented youth of the country and stressed upon the need of creating employment opportunities for the youngsters.
