Erdogan claims recovering 400-km Syrian territory from Daesh

Turkish President Tayyep Erdogan has claimed liberating 400-km Syrian land in operation against Kurdish rebels and Daesh in northern Syria.

Calling Daesh and Kurdish rebels terrorists Erdogan said that Turkey is trying to establish Secure Zone in Syria. He expected that international powers will help Turkey for restoration of peace.

Meanwhile, US Defense Department has said that Daesh has suffered worst losses in areas adjoin Turkish border. Pentagon says that Daesh fighters have been using Turkish route for getting out of Syria and Iraq but their itinerary outside has severely been effected by recent Turkish actions.

It may be mentioned that presently Daesh has been restricted to just within 25 kilometer of area in Alrayi near Turkish border.
