Ordering the police to submit the detailed report of the case at next hearing Judge of Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) Kausar Abbas Zaidi handed suspects Raja Arshad, Noman Khokhar of barrister Fahad Malik murder case to Islamabad police for another four-day physical remand.
The suspects were produced before the court after the ending of physical remand. Police submitted the medial report of the arrested suspects. During cross examination the government lawyer plead the court for further physical remand of the suspects to recover the mobile phone used by suspects to plan the murder.
Defense lawyer objecting this said that it was not a snatched phone that has to be recovered and thus request for remand should be rejected. The rival lawyers also exchanged hot words over which the Judge warned them to be mindful of court’s honor.
After listening to the arguments of both sides the court handed the suspects to police on another four day physical remand.
