DERA ISMAIL KHAN: Chief of his own faction of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam Maulana Fazlur Rahman has claimed that “enemies of democracy” want to overrun national politics while a large number of people supports Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif. He warned harm being caused to democracy and regret to follow it.
People want peace in the country as well as a stable democracy, he added.
Addressing a public rally here Fazl accused opposition of changing stance on Panama leaks over which the prime minister announced to form a commission on the demand of the opposition and then he announced to form a parliamentary committee but the opposition itself flee.
Lashing out at Imran Khan Fazl said that if he was so rich in 1983 that he formed offshore company to save tax why he became so poor in 1987 that he got land from Nawaz Sharif to build house. However, noises echoing here in Pakistan are not from here but from outside, he added.
