Fear of attack, targeting civilian population by India is regrettable: Atta Tarrar

WEB DESK: Information Minister Attaullah Tarrar said that we had a fear of attack from India after the Pahalgam drama, however, India targeting the civilian population is extremely regrettable.

Speaking to international broadcasters, Information Minister Atta Tarar said that India attacked 5 locations in Pakistan, women and children were killed in the Indian attacks, the damage is being assessed, but India targeting the civilian population is extremely regrettable.

Information Minister Attaullah Tarar strongly condemned the Indian aggression and said that Pakistan has never initiated aggression but has the right to retaliate in self-defense.

Attaullah Tarar said that, India has no evidence of Pakistan’s involvement in the Pahalgam incident, the Pahalgam area is 200 kilometers away from the Line of Control, foreign and local journalists were taken on a tour of the Line of Control, India had alleged that there were terrorist camps at these locations, the Pahalgam incident is a failure of the Indian security forces.

Federal Information Minister Attaullah said that, Pakistan is a frontline state in the war against terrorism, we are fighting terrorists in our western areas and borders, we have sacrificed 90,000 lives in the war against terrorism, when the Jaffar Express incident happened, India did not even condemn it, India itself is involved in terrorist activities, India massacred Sikhs in the US, Canada, and Australia.

Attaullah Tarar said that, there is clear evidence of India’s involvement in terrorism, Kulbhushan Jadhav is an Indian naval officer who was involved in terrorist activities, Kulbhushan is a solid proof against India with Pakistan.

He further said that, the Prime Minister has met with ambassadors from several countries on the diplomatic front, Pakistan has offered a transparent and impartial investigation into the Pahalgam incident, a meeting of the National Security Committee has been called.
