ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister for Science and Technology Fawad Hussain Chaudhry on Tuesday reacted on Federal Investigation Agency’s (FIA) behaviour in Asghar Khan Case.
Fawad Chaudhry took to Twitter and reacted on the behaviour of FIA in Asghar Khan Case and raised questions over its role in the case.
He wrote on his timeline; “FIA’s behaviour in Asghar Khan Case is astonishing, I have written it to Federal Minister of Interior Ijaz Shah that FIA’s narrative is entirely changed from the one of PTI’s in the Supreme Court.”

“If all the accused in the Asghar Khan Case will not be brought to justice that will raise questions on the transparency of the elections and it will be a disaster,” he added.
A day earlier, the Supreme Court of Pakistan rejected the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) recommendation to close down the Asghar Khan Case.
As per details, the court has directed FIA to submit the detailed report within four weeks. A three-member bench of the SC headed by Justice Azmat Saeed presided over the case.
