KARACHI: Gold prices in Pakistan declined on Monday, with the price of one tola falling by Rs2,400 amid a downward trend in international bullion rates.
According to market data, 24-karat gold settled at Rs463,136 per tola, while the price of 10 grams decreased by Rs2,058 to Rs397,064.
The decline in local gold prices followed a drop in the international market, where gold fell by $24 to $4,406 per ounce.
Silver prices also moved lower during the day. The price of one tola of silver decreased by Rs39, settling at Rs7,059.
