ISLAMABAD: The federal government has extended an offer to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) to stage their sit-in at either Parade Ground or Peshawar Mor in Islamabad, following a round of talks between Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi and PTI leaders.
Sources revealed that Naqvi, PTI Chairman Gohar Ali Khan, and Barrister Muhammad Ali Saif, Adviser to the KP Chief Minister on Information, engaged in negotiations at the Ministers’ Enclave.
The federal government has urged PTI leaders to reconsider their plans to march towards the capital, citing a major business conference with Belarusian investors scheduled for Tuesday.
