LAHORE: The International Cricket Council (ICC) will present the ICC Test Championship mace to Pakistan captain Misbah-ul-Haq tomorrow at at Gaddafi Stadium here.
Chief Executive of ICC David Richardson will present the Test mace at 10:30 a.m. The ceremony will be followed by a media briefing.
It is the first time Pakistan has made it to the top of ICC Test ranking achieved number-one Test ranking for the first time since the current rankings system was introduced in 2003.
Pakistan tops ICC Test ranking with 111 points followed by Indai with 110 points and Australia with 108 points.
Pakistan will have to work hard to retain the ICC Test mace by beating to win Test series against West Indies at UAE which will start this week.
Meanwhile, India is playing three Test matches against visitor New Zealand which has to win at least one Test to let Pakistan retain its top slot.
