The Chief Justice of Lahore High Court Mansoor Ali Shah criticizing present system for testing judges abilities warned that if any judge character came under question he would not be allowed to sit in the court.
Addressing to district judges of Punjab via video link CJ LHC said that the judiciary institution could only be run by eligible judges and their responsibility to clean it like your homes.
“The lawyers has been banned to enter in district judges chamber so that judge spare time for research, write down decisions and serve for the law,” he added that installation of vigilance cameras in courts only to make ensure transparency in judiciary rather than to watch judges.
The full court meeting of Lahore High Court in the chair of Chief Justice Mansoor Ali Shah has been postponed for tomorrow after five hours in which the decrease in number of judges of local courts of Faisalabad, Sahiwal and Gujranwala being discussed.
