ISLAMABAD: Interior Minister has received the official response from the British government over Pakistan’s reference against the incendiary speech from London.
According to the details, the British government expressed concerns and condemned the inflammatory speech made by Muttahida Qaumi Movement founder Altaf Hussain on August 22. The British government assured Pakistan of complete cooperation in this regard.
Pakistani government had sent a reference to British government against the incendiary speech of MQM founder ALtaf Hussain on August 22 that perpetrated violence in Karachi.
A high official of British Home Office said in the letter that the reference was forwarded to Metropolitan police to review the evidences provided by the Pakistani government. He continued that they will contact Pakistani government, if needed more evidences.
