PPP also prepared a reference for disqualification of Prime Minister. PPP’s Secretary General Latif Khosa will file reference in Election Commission on Monday.
According to sources, it said in proposed reference regarding PM’s disqualification that Prime Minister has revealed incorrect assets of children and wife, whereas misinterpretation have also made in Income Tax returns and he sent the money abroad through money laundering which was crime. The Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif doesn’t qualify under article 62 and 63 thus he should be declared disqualified.
According to sources, state banks’s letter has also made a part of reference regarding bank default. PPP’s Secretary General has said all evidence would be provided beside reference.
