KARACHI: Terrorists belonging to Al-Qaeda Subcontinent, who were arrested from Nazimabad, have made thrilling revelations, while the accused revealed to be involved in different terrorism incidents in city, whereas Rangers arrested seven accused from different areas of city.
The accused, during preliminary investigation, have admitted to be involved in different terrorism incidents. According to sources, the accused were carrying out terrorist activities on orders of Al-Qaeda Subcontinent Ameer Abdul Salam alias Ali, who is wanted to Law Enforcement Agences in serious terrorism cases including Safura incident.
Sources claimed that the detained accused Absul Sami came to Karachi from abroad to get education and was brainwashing young students in different big Universities of Karachi.
Investigation with arrested accused is under way, while raids were also carried out for the arrest of Ameer Al-Qaeda Subcontinent.
Meanwhile, Rangers arrested three accused during targeted operation in Sachal, Mehran Town and Baldia. According to Rangers spokesperson, the accused belonged to militant wing of a political party. Rangers, while carrying out operation in Malir, Mochko and Liyari, arrested four accused and recovered drugs and weapon.
