Karachi: According to the probe launched into the case pertaining to firing in Sindhi Muslim Society injured Dilnawaz was a cheat.
According to eye witnesses dead man Abrar and the injured man were talking about cell phone sale when Dilnawaz tried to flee in the vehicle without paying the moneyon which Abrar chased the car and managed to hold on to it. Eye witnesses said that there was firing on the car from police mobile in which Abrar was killed and Dilnawaz was injured.
Police has recorded the statement of eye witnesses.
According to investigations sources policemen who fired the rounds were Dilnawaz’s friends and they were together in the act. The accuseds resorted to firing due to fear that they would be caught and fled from the scene while injured Dilnawaz is changing his statement over and over again.
Deceased Abrar got hit in the back by three bullets. His body is handed over to the family.
According to father of Abrar, who was a resident of Keamari, his son had advertised to sell mobile phone on the internet and when he went to confirm the deal he was made target of police’s bullets. He father said that his son went to sell the cell phone on motorcycle with his friend and that police is not cooperating in investigation.
