A case has been registered against five police personnel including sub-inspector for kidnapping for ransom in Darakhshan police station of Defence Karachi.
According to police the accused took money from a citizen after they kidnapped him
On the other hand, two accused have also been arrested for robbing off a bank in Orangi Town with a help of a guard, while police said that looted amount also been recovered from the possession of the accused.
Bin Qasim police in its action has arrested three accused including a woman and recovered arms and drugs from the possession of the accused, while Khokhrapar police also arrested many persons in an action late night on Friday.
Moreover, a robber was killed in an alleged encounter with police on Shahra-e-Faisal and police said that arms recovered from the possession of the killed bandit, while in Chakiwara three injured in a scuffle.
