RAWALPINDI: A distinguished Kuwaiti delegation, headed by Defense Minister Sheikh Abdullah Ali Abdullah Al-Saleem Al-Sabah and including Lieutenant General Khalid Darj Saad Al-Shriaan, Chief of the General Staff of Kuwait’s Armed Forces, paid a courtesy call on Pakistan’s Army Chief, Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, at the General Headquarters in Rawalpindi.
As reported by the ISPR, the discussions centered on shared strategic interests, regional security challenges, and avenues for deepening defense cooperation. Both parties emphasized their dedication to strengthening institutional links and fostering collaboration that benefits both nations.
The Kuwaiti representatives praised the professionalism and operational capabilities of the Pakistan Armed Forces, highlighting their significant role in maintaining regional peace and stability.
