Lahore: The Lahore High Court (LHC) on Monday, today conditioned new schools registration with the bus policy as schools can be registered when they have their own buses.
The LHC Judge Justice Shahid Kareem heard the case related to smog.
The court ordered that the schools not following the bus policy their registration will be suspended.
The LHC also ordered all the schools must register it selves after a hiatus of one month.
The court said that it has made a policy the schools must have their own buses. While secretary education informed the court that we are making in rules that having schools buses are mandatory for any registration of schools.
Justice Shahid Kareem said that the matter of school buses are very serious adding that schools owners have an abundance of wealth.
We have to implement all the orders before start of a new season, the honorable judge said.
