ISLAMABAD: Former Finance Advisor and PML-N stalwart Miftah Ismail has filed another separate plea seeking pre-arrest bail in LNG tenders case.
The plea was filed in Islamabad High Court (IHC) to avoid getting arrested through hands of National Accountability Bureau (NAB).
It is worthy to mention that IHC on July 25 had granted bail to Miftah and former MD of Pakistan State Oil (PSO) Imran ul Haq against bail bonds of Rs0.5 million each.
