Islamabad: Military court sentences to 60 more in May 9 Tragedy, Hassan Niazi Receives 10-Year Hard Labor Sentence.
According to the Public Relations Department of the Pakistan Army, more criminals involved in the May 9 tragedy have been sentenced, 60 more criminals have been sentenced by the Field General Court Martial.
Hasan Khan Niazi, son of Hafeezullah Niazi, involved in the Jinnah House attack, has been sentenced to 10 years of rigorous imprisonment, says ISPR
ISPR said, trial of 9th May accused under military custody, has been concluded under the relevant laws and all convicts retain the right to appeal and other legal recourses, as guaranteed by the Constitution and law.
“The Nation, Government, and the Armed Forces remain steadfast in their commitment to upholding justice and ensuring that the inviolable writ of the state is maintained,” the ISPR’s statement read.

2. Mian Ibad Farooq son of Amanat Ali was sentenced to 2 years imprisonment with hard labor.
3. Raees Ahmed son of Shafiullah was sentenced to 6 years imprisonment with hard labor.
4. Arzam Junaid son of Junaid Razzaq was sentenced to 6 years imprisonment with hard labor.
5. Ali Raza son of Ghulam Mustafa was sentenced to 6 years imprisonment with hard labor.
6. Raja Danish son of Raja Abdul Waheed was sentenced to 4 years imprisonment with hard labor.
7. Syed Hasan Shah son of Asif Hussain Shah was sentenced to 9 years imprisonment with hard labor.
8. Khalil ur Rehman, involved in the attack on AIMH Rawalpindi, was sentenced to 7 years in prison with hard labor.
9. Zahid Khan involved in the attack on Punjab Regiment Center Mardan, was sentenced to 2 years in prison with hard labor.
10. Sohrab Khan was sentenced to 4 years imprisonment with hard labor in the attack on headquarters of Dir Scounts.
11. Brigadier (R) Javed Akram involved in Jinnah House attack was sentenced to 6 years imprisonment with hard labor.
