LAHORE: The Punjab police arrested pro Jahangir Tareen group MPA, Nazir Chohan over a case filed against him by Adviser to the Prime Minister on Accountability Shahzad Akbar.
The case against Nazir Chohan, who is part of Jahangir Tareen group, was filed at Lahore’s Race Course Police Station under Sections 506, 258, 189 and 153.
The complainant maintained that the accused leveled baseless allegations against him in a TV program.
