Muslim Cattle Trader Lynched in India

BIHAR: A Muslim cattle trader was beaten to death by Hindus for refusing to pay the extortion money.

The incident took place in Bihar’s Katihar district of India when the man identified as Mohammed Jamal, his brother and another person were taking cows and bullocks to the market.

They were surrounded by some people who demanded money from them. As Jamal refused to pay the money, he was lynched in front of a crowded market.

Family members of the victim alleged that Jamal was murdered for his failure to pay extortion money and staged protest.
