Islamabad: Federal Minister for Law and Human rights Azam Nazeer Tarrar said that the seminary bill was passed along with 26th amendment in the both houses of the parliament.
Addressing the National Assembly (NA) session in response of the JUI-F chief ,he said that he and his leader have relation of respect with Maulana Fazal Ur Rehman.
The Law Minister said that no legislation can be carried out without the sign of the President. Azam Nazeer Tarrar said that the President is the part of the parliament.
He said that a joint session of the parliament passes the bill with amendment or without it.When the President returned the bill then as per the constitution the bill is presented in the joint session of the parliament.
