WASHINGTON D.C: Addressing the Eid Milan (get together) party that he hosted at the White House here U.S. President Barack Obama said that discriminatory laws against Muslims are a disrespect to American traditions.
Addressing party attended by hundreds of Muslims Obama said that though the party was somewhat delayed but it is good that the conditions of the guests are not fasting-like.
Calling hosting the party an honor Obama lauded Muslims immigrants of America adding that Muslims will always be welcomed in the U.S. Any discriminatory treatment to Muslims would be akin to handing them over to terrorists, he added.
Obama strongly condemned terror acts during Ramzan in Medina Munawwara, Istanbu, Syria, Baghdad, Nice, and Orlando. He mingled with the guests, got photographs with tem and accepted bouquets from them.
