ISLAMABAD: Defence Minister Khawaja Asif appreciated Pakistan Army on the success of Operation Bunyan-um-Marsoos.
In a post on X (formerly Twitter), Defence Minister Khawaja Asif expressed his gratitude, stating, “Thanks to the Almighty. Heartfelt congratulations to the Pakistan Army for giving the nation pride, joy, and security. Long live Pakistan.”
Senior Punjab Minister Maryam Aurangzeb also issued a powerful statement, lauding the Pakistan Armed Forces for their brave and professional counter-response to what she termed India’s “cowardice and war hysteria.” She extended “deepest appreciation for the Armed Forces’ bravery and operational excellence.”
Maryam Aurangzeb further stated that the Pakistani nation places complete trust in Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif’s courageous and resolute leadership. She emphasized that Operation Bunyanum Marsoos was a legitimate act of self-defence and a powerful display of Pakistan’s military capabilities, technological advancement, and strategic acumen.
“Our armed forces’ spirit, skill, and willpower have outmatched the enemy,” she said. “While Indian media remained tangled in false narratives, Pakistani media prioritized factual and responsible journalism.”
