ISLAMABAD: There is a need to increase cooperation between Pakistan and Turkey in various fields, said Ata Tarar

Speaking at the opening ceremony of Pakistan-Turkey Friendship Radio Museum in Islamabad, Federal Minister Ata Tarar said that through this museum, the role and historical background of Radio Pakistan has been preserved for the future, which nations are not proud of the past, they never progress.

He said, Muslims of the subcontinent will know that the Muslims of Turkey need our help. The people of the subcontinent helped the people of Turkey in difficult times. Pakistan and Turkey have a long history of friendship. Home understands, establishment of Pak-Turkey Friendship Radio Museum is important.

We are proud of the representation of Radio Pakistan, we also listened to the recorded speeches of Quaid-e-Azam on the radio, many people started their careers from Radio Pakistan, today our economy depends on agriculture, radio related to agriculture. Information was given, the role of radio has also been important in the improvement of the economy, said Ata Tarar

He further said, no other nation in the world does as much charity as Pakistanis do. When there was an earthquake in Azad Kashmir, people from all over Pakistan came with relief goods. The role of Radio Pakistan should be highlighted to the people.
