The discussions focused on fostering cooperation in trade and religious tourism. Both sides agreed to enhance collaboration in various sectors, including the reconstruction projects in Iraq.
Pakistani manpower was highlighted as a key contributor to these endeavours.
Khan underscored the importance of providing scholarships for Iraqi students and strengthening ties in the healthcare sector.
The measures to promote industrial collaboration were also reviewed during the meeting.
Khan advocated for easing Iraqi visa restrictions for Pakistani traders to facilitate bilateral commerce.
