Pakistan announces rewards Up to Rs10 million for information on wanted terrorists

DERA ISMAIL KHAN: The government has issued a list of wanted terrorists in Dera Ismail Khan district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and announced cash rewards of up to Rs10 million for information that helps authorities arrest or neutralize them.

According to an official notification, the initiative has been launched to support ongoing counterterrorism efforts and encourage citizens to cooperate with law enforcement agencies against militants identified as “Fitna al Khawarij.”

Authorities stated that financial rewards will be provided to individuals whose verified information leads to the identification, arrest, or successful operation against the wanted suspects. Officials also assured that the confidentiality of informants will be strictly maintained.

The announced rewards vary between Rs500,000 and Rs10 million, depending on the individual listed. The suspects, wanted in connection with various terrorism cases, are associated with Dera Ismail Khan and nearby areas, including Kulachi, Daraban, Darazinda, and Prova.

The district administration has urged residents to stay alert and immediately inform security agencies about any suspicious persons or activities. Citizens with relevant information can contact authorities at 0966-9280252.

Officials emphasized that public support plays a vital role in combating terrorism and restoring long-term peace in the region. The administration reaffirmed its resolve to continue operations against terrorists and bring those involved in anti-state activities to justice.
