Pakistan expresses no trust over Afghan president Ashraf Ghani statement

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan has expressed no confidence over statement of Afghan President Ashraf Ghani, while Foreign Office Spokesperson Nafees Zakaria said that Pakistan will is making all efforts and fully cooperating for reigional peace in Afhanistan.

In a statement released by Foreign Office, Pakistan expressed regrets over statements of Afghan president, adding that Pakistan is willing for regional peace, but unfortunately Afghanistan’s land is being used constantly for terrorism in Pakistan. Neighboring country India is facilitating terrorists in Pakistan through the land of Afghanistan.

Nafees Zakaria said that peaceful Afghanistan is inevitable for Pakistan, adding that economically strong Afghanistan is in our agreement. Pakistan is hosting Afghanst for past 37 years. Spokesperson said that both countries have finalized trade agreements as well, under which Pakistan wants to further increase trade. Pakistan is also providing facilities to supply fruit from Afghanistan to India through Wagah Border.
