Pakistan, India agree to restore bilateral talks

 The impasse in bilateral talks between Pakistan and India has ended and both countries agreed to restore comprehensive bilateral dialogues (CBD) in a meeting between Pakistan and foreign secretaries in the side line of the Heart of Asia conference in Indian capital New Delhi on Tuesday

The meeting between Pakistan foreign secretary Aizaz Chudhary and Inidan foreign secretary JS Shanker was held in south block of the venue of Heart of Asia moot and both countries have agreed to restore peace talks on all disputed issues including Kashmir to be resolved according to United Nation resolution.

 Aizaz Chudhary told Indian counter part that Pakistan wanted to resolve all disputed and pending issue through bilateral talks but the Kashmir is the core issue and it would be settle accordance to the UN security council resolution and Kashmiri people would have to allow to take decision according to their wishes.

“Pakistan has grave concern over the continues arrest and house arrest of the Hurriat leaders,” he said.

In the meeting, the Indian foreign secretary JS Shanker raised the issue of Pathan Kot incident and demanded Pakistan should take the responsible into task and counselor access to arrested Indian spy Kulbhushan Singh should also be given to India.   

The foreign secretary raised the issue of Kulbhushan Yadev’s arrest in Balochistan and expressed deep concern over the Indian intelligence agency Research and Analysis Wing’s (RAW) involved in subversive activities in Pakistan.

Kulbhushan Yadev, a RAW agent was arrested from Balochistan in March and in a video releasd by ISPR confessed his indulgence in terrorism activities in Karachi and Balochistan.
